OCTOBER 17, 2009 AURORA, Ontario, Oct. 16 (UPI) -- A municipality north of Toronto is trying to accommodate Asian residents by letting them remove "unlucky" numbers from their street addresses. The city council of Aurora, Ontario, voted this week to alter street addresses where possible to appease people from Eastern Asia who dislike the number four, the Toronto Star reported. OCTOBER 16, 2009 TROWBRIDGE, England, Oct. 15 (UPI) -- A 2-year-old British girl was treated as a suspect by police after her neighbor accused her of vandalizing his car with a stick, documents revealed. A Freedom of Information request for details of offenses in England's Wiltshire county committed by children under 10 resulted in the release of documents pertaining to the toddler, who was accused of criminal damage by a neighbor who said she deliberately hit his car with a tree branch, The Sun reported Thursday. Prosecutors are debating whether to ask for the death penalty.
